(b) The expression level of CEACAM1 and TNF-α were higher while VEGF, VEGFR-2, CyclinD1, and MAPK phosphorylated were lower in the OGD/R group compared with control group; the expression level of CEACAM1 and TNF-α were reduced while VEGF, VEGFR-2, CyclinD1, and MAPK phosphorylated were increased in the CEACAM1^-/- group compared to the NC group.
