Expression of SCARA5 in the ESCC cells and its impact on cellular proliferation and migration in vitro. (a) Expression of SCARA5 at mRNA level in the Eca109, EC9706, and TE-1 cells was detected using qRT-PCR. (b) Expression of SCARA5 at mRNA level in the Eca109 cells of the KD and the control groups was detected using qRT-PCR. (c) Expression of SCARA5 at protein level in the Eca109 cells of the KD and the control groups was detected using western blot.
