HQT attenuated RA inflammation by modulating miR-125b. Mice were divided into six groups: control group (saline), model group (CIA induction), MTX group (MTX, 1 mg·kg⁻¹), HQT-L (CIA mice that received low dose HQT of 9.4 g/kg, low dose), HQT-M (CIA mice that received medium dose HQT of 18.8 g/kg, medium dose), and HQT-H (CIA mice that received high dose HQT of 37.6 g/kg, high dose).
