H. pylori induces TLR7 and TLR8 protein expression in THP-1 cells. Western blot analysis of protein lysates prepared from uninfected THP-1 cells (mock) or cells infected with H. pylori J99 and SS1 strains at a MOI of 10 for 16 hours.
