BACH2 in TRegs Limits the Number of Adipose Tissue Regulatory T Cells and Restrains Type 2 Immunity to Fungal Allergens

Bach2 restrains tissue regulatory T cell differentiation in the spleen. Spleens and lungs were collected from naïve WT and Bach2loxp/loxpFoxP3-Cre mice and Tregs were analyzed by flow cytometry. (a) Frequency and number of Foxp3+ve Tregs in lung and splenic Treg cells that expressed CXCR3, CD103, or ST2. (b) Data shows MFI levels for BATF, IRF4, and GATA3 staining in Foxp3+ve Tregs. This experiment was repeated three times with similar results, 4-5 mice per group. .
