PTX3 contributes to FcεRI-mediated signaling pathways in RBL-2H3 cells. (a) RBL-2H3 cells were treated with PTX3 (300 ng/ml) for 1, 2, or 3 days. Statistical analysis of cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay. (b) Effects of PTX3 on the mRNA level of FcεRI in PTX3-treated RBL-2H3 cells were determined by qPCR. (c) RBL-2H3 cells were incubated with PTX3 for 15, 30, 60, and 120 min. Total lysates were harvested for western blot analysis using antibodies as indicated. The quantitative analysis of phosphorylated proteins is shown in the graph.
