miR-22 is induced in BMDMs and targets GLUT1 and 4-1BBL. (a) BMDMs were treated with LPS or IL-4, and miR-22 levels were analyzed by qPCR. (b) HEK 293 T cells were transfected with luciferase reporter plasmid containing WT or MUT 3′-UTR of Slc2a1 or tnfsf9 with control (empty, miR-C) or miR-22 plasmid. (c) BMDMs were treated with LPS, and RNA samples were prepared at the indicated times and the induction of miR-22 and Slc2a1 or tnfsf9 mRNAs was analyzed by qPCR. Data are shown as mean ± SD.
