(a and b) Control, miR-22 O/E, or miR-22-Inh RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with LPS + IFN-γ or IL-4 for 24 hr, and the expression of M1 (a) or M2 (b) genes was analyzed by qPCR. (c) Control or miR-22 O/E RAW 264.7 cells were treated with LPS, and the degradation of IκB-α and the phosphorylation of p38 (pp38), JNK (pJNK), and ERK (pERK) by immunoblotting.
