M5 (a mixture of five cytokines: IL-17A, IL-22, IL-1α, oncostatin M, and TNF-α) stimulated HaCaT cell recapitulating some features of psoriasis including increased cell inflammation and cell proliferation, in this process, SEEPINB4 was activated, which promoted the phosphorylation of p38, to further promote the release of chemokines CXCL1, CXCL2, CCL20, CXCL8, and antimicrobial peptide S100A7, and so on.
