Exosomes Derived from <i>Schistosoma japonicum</i> Cystatin-Treated Macrophages Attenuated CLP-Induced Sepsis in Mice

<div>Treatment with <i>Sj</i>-Cys-EXO reduced the levels of inflammatory cytokines (IL-6 and TNF-<i>α</i>) and increased the level of TGF-<i>β</i> in sera of mice with CLP-induced sepsis.
