Effect of 10 μM MK-886 in the presence of increasing concentrations of olanzapine on intracellular lipid content. 3T3-L1 cells were differentiated into adipocytes in the presence and absence of indicated drugs. Samples were collected 5 days after the initiation of the differentiation protocol.
