Temperature data spanning 2005–2008 from the West bank of the Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary (FGBNMS) and the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS). All measurements were taken with submerged YSI devices. The FGBNMS and FKNMS data set gaps were due to YSI maintenance and hurricane damage.
