Calibration curve for different pyrene concentrations in EPC vesicles ([EPC]  =  7.32 × 10⁻⁴ M). The concentration of pyrene ranged from 2𝜇M to 120𝜇M. The fluorescence intensity (I_m) is divided by that of the standard (I_s). Up to [PY]  =  35𝜇M, the monomer intensity was fit with a sigmoidal (R²  =  0.9982), 𝐼_𝑚/𝐼_𝑠=3.077−23.834/(1+𝑒^{([𝑃𝑌]−6.460)/8.678}). Another sigmoidal (R²  =  0.9867 𝐼_𝑚/𝐼_𝑠=1.762+1.722/(1+𝑒^{([𝑃𝑌]−63.341)/27.522}), was used to fit with the monomer intensity for higher Pyrene concentrations.
