Evaluation of cytotoxicity of QA-PEI nanoparticles (i.e., no. I) (determined by cell growth inhibition). The cytotoxicity test was performed by the [3H]-thymidine incorporation method using MBT and MAT-LyLu cells which were incubated with various concentrations of QA-PEI. Each experiment was performed in triplicate.
