FE-SEM images of the (a) 7, (b) 10, (c) 20, and (d) 50 nm 3C-SiC nanoparticles sprayed on the microtextured Si solar cell samples before Si thin film deposition by PECVD. The 3C-SiC nanoparticles are randomly distributed and highly aggregated on the samples surfaces.
