Fluorescein diacetate (FDA) images of live hMSCs cultured on pure Ti, uncoated, and RGD peptide-coated 30 and 100 nm TiO2 nanotube after 48 hours of incubation. (Motility test of hMSCs). # Upper half area is covered by cellophane tape when hMSCs are seeded onto substrate. After 24 h of incubation, cellophane tape was removed, and then hMSCs was cultured for addition 24 h.
