Photo-, cathodo-, and electroluminescence behavior of OSO films deposited by LPCVD; EL was biased by 50 volts. It is clear that CL and EL include the PL, and the full emission range is from 400 to 450 nm. As the bias voltage increases, the EL blue peak increases more than the red one and the EL spectrum tends towards that of the CL.
