AFM topographic images obtained using the intermittent contact mode of PSt60%-b-PDEAEM40%/PDEAEM-AuNP (9 : 1) thin films prepared from a 1% w/w toluene solution over mica substrate at a spinning velocity of 8000 rpm after different treatment methods: (a) after annealing in vacuum (10 torr) at 90°C for 48 h; (b) after annealing in a THF vapor chamber (760 torr, 25°C) for 24 h; and (c) after UV irradiation ( nm) by 20 min.
