The strips were dipped in samples containing VCO1 in ranges (1) 0 cfu/mL (control), (2) 4.3 × 101 cfu/mL, (3) 4.3 × 102 cfu/mL, (4) 4.3 × 103 cfu/mL, (5) 4.3 × 104 cfu/mL, (6) 4.3 × 105 cfu/mL, (7) 4.3 × 106 cfu/mL, (8) 4.3 × 107 cfu/mL, and (9) 4.3 × 108 cfu/mL.
