Cell cycle distributions of MCF-7 cells were performed by flow cytometric detection. The distributions of different solutions treated with free ORI and ORI-loaded SLNs at the concentrations of 20 μM and 10 μM for 24 h were presented and compared with control and blank SLNs (a).
