The AFM images in the five points of the por-Au film on the distance from the erosion torch axis (mm): 22 (а), 17 (b), 12 (c), 6 (d), and 2 (e). The deposition regime was the following: one pulse energy 5 J/сm², number of the laser pulses , and argon pressure 100 Pa.
