Number of particles per cell has been calculated and compared after 2 h or 24 h of cell treatment with SUMO-VP6 nanocarriers. While nanoparticle number remains stable after 24 h of treatment in extranuclear compartment, the nanoparticles number in the nucleus is significatively reduced. 50 cells per sample in 3 separated experiments have been analysed. Significance has been evaluated by ANOVA test and is indicated by an asterisk in the graph.
