The full-range XRD pattern for the anodic WO3 nanostructure film anodized in an ethylene glycol containing different NH4F: (a) 0.1 wt%, (b) 0.3 wt%, (c) 0.5 wt%, and (d) 0.7 wt% at 60 V for 1 h after applying heat treatment of 400°C for 4 h.
