Magnetic and Electrical Properties of Nitrogen-Doped Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes Fabricated by a Modified Chemical Vapor Deposition Method

Typical CVD setup for carbon nanotubes synthesis using one furnace. Each component used for producing our samples is indicated in the figure. The size of the trap is only representative. The level used in the trap is an important parameter for all our experiments because they are determining the structure and physical properties of resultant N-MWCNTs nanotubes. The substrate is 10 cm long and was placed inside the quartz tube at the middle of the furnace (20 cm).
