Values are expressed as mean ± SD of three different experiments. The data has been analyzed using post hoc comparison test-one way ANOVA, means compared with Tukey’s- test. (): significant () increased cells in G2/M phase in S-GNPs treated groups compared to untreated controls. (): significant () increased of apoptotic cells in sub-G0/G1 phase in S-GNPs treated groups compared to untreated controls.
