Development of Polymeric Nanoparticles of Garcinia mangostana Xanthones in Eudragit RL100/RS100 for Anti-Colon Cancer Drug Delivery

Table 1

Effect of 3 levels of the polymer and drug loading on particle size. Nine NP formulations were prepared at 3 levels of drug loading and polymer concentration using acetone as the solvent and water without surfactants as antisolvent. The solvent was evaporated and the particle size was measured by dynamic light scattering. The results are presented as average particle size ± SD ().
