Effect of pH on particle size and zeta potential. The freeze-dried final formulation was reconstituted in dd.water and then diluted in phosphate buffered saline at various pH values (5.5, 6.8, and 7.4); the samples were mixed well and incubated in water bath at 37°C for 18 h. The agglomeration (if any) was removed by filtration through membrane filter (0.8 µm). The results are presented as average ± SD ().
