Effect of iron oxide NPs on the growth of liver cell lines (Hep G-2). Cells are grown into 96-well plate and incubated with different concentrations of α-Fe₂O₃ NPs at 12 h and 24 h maintained at 37°C. % cell viability is determined by CCK-8 cytotoxicity kit assay. Data is represented as means ± SD of triplicate experiments.
