Binding Affinity, Cellular Uptake, and Subsequent Intracellular Trafficking of the Nano-Gene Vector P123-PEI-R13

<div>Effect of acrylamide and sodium orthovanadate (SOV) on transfection efficiency of P123-PEI-R13/DNA complexes in Hela cells at w/w ratio of 30. Acrylamide was used as the inhibitors of intermediate filament (IF). SOV was used as the inhibitors of cytoplasmic dynein. The RLU/mg protein in control cells was set to 100%.
