Analysis of cell samples by ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). (a) Direct ELISA: cell samples (M14/CSPG4 cells and M14 cells) were coated on 96-well microplate; then anti-CSPG4 specific mAbD2.8.5 was added to specifically detect CSPG4. (b) CSPG4/14 sample was analyzed by sandwich ELISA: CSPG4 specific mAbD2.8.5 and isotype control mAbMk2-23 were coated on 96-well microplate; the cell samples were added to the Ab-coated microplate; another CSPG4-specific mAb 763.74 was added to probe the CSPG4.
