Cytotoxicity of silver nanoparticles determined by cell viability MTT assays. The possible cytotoxic effect of AgNPs synthesized with different concentrations of Aa or Gg extracts was evaluated in HeLa cells. As positive control HeLa cells growing in culture media were used. All experiments were done in triplicate to assess the veracity of results.
