Reverse Phase HPLC chromatogram of BSA. Retention time of BSA as a model for endostatin is 2.216 minutes and run time is 6 minutes. No interference was observed for RP-HPLC for blank sample. Elusion was monitored at wavelength of 280 nm to detect BSA as previously reported [38].
