Evaluation of the cytotoxicity in NIH/3T3 fibroblasts of samples of (a) andiroba oil (AO) in natura; (b) andiroba nanoemulsion (AN); (c) mineral oil (MO); and (d) mineral oil nanoemulsion (MON), all at different concentrations, after 24 and 48 hours of exposure. The data are expressed by the mean and standard deviation. The statistical test used was ANOVA, in accordance with the distribution of normality. . The IC50 is described in the keys below the graph. The IC50 was obtained using a saturation curve.
