Cytotoxicity of IOMP NPs on Caki-2 cells. Three different concentrations of IOMPs were added to the Caki-2 cells and incubated for 6, 24, 48, and 72 hours. The cytotoxicity has been compared with the negative control with 0 concentrations of NPs. At 24 hours, the toxic shock by adding of 50 μg·mL⁻¹ can be seen. A couple of hours later, proliferative behaviour was influenced even by the lowest concentration of added IOMPs.
