The NT<sub>30</sub>/ICA<sub>0.5</sub> group exhibited upregulated ALP activity after culture for 7 d compared with the NT<sub>30</sub> group, whereas no significant difference was observed with the other groups, which showed that ICA was slightly beneficial for ALP activity.</div>
