ALP activities of the MSCs on the different surfaces after culturing for 7 and 14 d ( between the NT30 and NT30/ICA0.5 groups). The NT30/ICA0.5 group exhibited upregulated ALP activity after culture for 7 d compared with the NT30 group, whereas no significant difference was observed with the other groups, which showed that ICA was slightly beneficial for ALP activity.
