Standard images were captured with fluorescence microscope. Changes of caspase-3 expression in PC-12 cells challenged with or without glutamate and subsequently incubated with or without UPN (1 or 5 μg/mL) were evaluated by immunofluorescence study using anti-caspase-3 antibody (green).
