Assessment of Charged AuNPs: From Synthesis to Innate Immune Recognition

<div>Determination of formazan formation after treatment of whole blood with various AuNPs. As part of neutrophil activation, formazan formation was extracted using 99% pyridine and quantified using UV-Vis spectrophotometry.
