The experiment included DMSO (20 μL) as the negative control, while streptomycin (100 mg/mL) for bacteria and nystatin (100 mg/mL) for yeast served as the positive control. Each value represents the deviation (SD) of 3 replicates per treatment in 3 repeated experiments. Note: “-” represents no activity observed, while “MR” represents Methicillin-resistant.
