The -weighted image change of SPION, PDA-SPION, and c(RGDyK)-PDA-SPION on the liver tissue of the normal mice (ellipse labeled as liver). The enrichment effects of the three magnetic nanoparticles on the liver were significant compared to the other organs. At about one hour, the maximum concentration of the three particles accumulated in the liver and was almost completely cleared about 24 hours.
