Tumor regression in melanoma tumor-bearing mice treated with . B16F10 viable cells () were injected into the left flank of C57BL/6 mice. Mice were randomly distributed into 4 experimental groups: untreated (control) or treated with Ag (28mg/kg), DCA (500mg/kg), or (500mg/kg).
