ELISA titer results. The gD-NSP specific antibodies in animal sera were detected by ELISA. An ELISA was performed on the sera from the animals using the purified gD-NSP and run against negative and positive controls. Antibody was considered present when the optical density (OD) value was greater than or equal to 0.1, normalized against the prebleed. Threshold values were determined as the last dilution giving an OD equal to or greater than 0.1. The titers given below are estimates. Supplemental data are provided in Table S1.
