Lead content results in soil layer samples. There were 5 layers of soil from 0 cm to 10 cm at each sample spot alternatively: 1^st sample spot, 8^th sample spot, 14^th sample spot, 20^th sample spot, 25^th sample spot, and 27^th sample spot.
