DNA fragmentation analysis of MCF-7 cell-lines. First line: 100 bp DNA ladder, second line: DNA from untreated/normal MCF-7 cell-line, and third line: DNA from mycosynthesized V₂O₅NP-treated MCF-7 cell-line. It was clear when the DNA of MCF-7 cell-line was treated with mycosynthesized V₂O₅NPs, DNA fragmentation has occurred compared with nontreated cell-line.
