MicroRNA-34c-5p Inhibition of NUF2 Suppresses Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell Viability and Invasion

<div>Knockdown of NUF2 inhibits lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell viability and invasion. (a, b) siRNA targeting NUF2 was delivered into A549 cells to specifically blunt NUF2 expression <i>in vitro</i>, with delivery of scramble siRNA as the negative control. NUF2 mRNA and protein expressions were assessed in A549 cells by the RT-qPCR and Western blot analysis. (c) Cell viability was examined by MTT assays.
