Agarose electrophoresis of bacterial suspension and plasmid. Samples 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 were bacterial suspension of different volumes (5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 μL, respectively). After PCR amplification, there were clear bands at about 1000 bp in plasmid and all the 5 groups samples, which was consistent with the MPAFP_RIV gene.
