Schematic diagram of NPs for diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases. The diagnosis of retinal diseases by NPs is mainly reflected in imaging, such as optical coherence tomography (OCT), angiography, CT, and MRI. The treatment of retinal diseases with NPs mainly includes topical administration, subconjunctival (SC) administration, and intravitreal (IVT) injection.
