DMSO: solvent control (0.5% v/v), α-tubulin: loading control. Arbitrary light units were plotted as test over control [ ], with the respective solvent control (0.5% v/v DMSO) set to 100%. The presented data are mean ± SD of four independent experiments with similar outcome.
