Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
Apparently healthy individuals
Pregnant and lactating women
Age 18–35 years old
Alcoholic and smokers
BMI between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m2
Vegetarian diet
SBP < 140 mmHg and DBP ≤ 90 mmHg
Regular use of antioxidants or vitamin supplements
Chronic diseases (cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, liver diseases, cancer, or allergy); gastrointestinal disorders or known metabolic diseases; infections or inflammatory processes visible or known in the three months prior to the study
