Fluorescence spectra of free enzyme solution (0.2 μM) and two bioconjugates’ solution are shown. Final concentrations of enzyme for immobilizations were 0.2 μM and 0.02 μM. Spectra of bare nanoparticles suspension in PBS buffer are also shown as control.
