Simulation results of electric field distribution of SERS substrates we have made. The size of all TiO_x-NRs is 200 nm; periods of Au-NPs are 50 nm. Diameters of Au-NPs and gap between TiO_x-NRs are different: (a) 40 nm and 100 nm, (b) 20 nm and 100 nm, and (c) 40 nm and 200 nm.
